Parvati Records is an independent record label founded by DJ Giuseppe during the summer of year 2000 in Aarhus, Denmark.
The label was started with the wish to contribute actively to the growth of the Psy-Trance scene and with the vision of creating a platform to support the producers and to spread the development of the Psychedelic culture expressed through Music.
One of the main and basic concept of the Label is to focus on quality: quality for our productions and the way the Music is given out as a service for the scene which also means quality in the relationships between the Label, the producers/composers and the listeners.
Another quality for us is not only to have an open mind towards what is musically happening in the scene, but also to take an active part in it and to try to stimulate changes with our label activities.
Parvati records have so far released music composed by more then hundred different projects and this is the concrete application of the Label’s philosophy: “Diversity into Unity” where the Unity is given by the common psychedelic research and the Diversity by the individual inspirations and expressions.
In the year 2010 Parvati Records celebrated the 10th Anniversary organising and managing an alternative Stage inside the Full Moon Festival in Germany. The result was a party that is remembered as one of the main Gathering for the underground psy-trance scene ever and since then the Label have developed the concept of “Parvati Night” and “Parvati Stage” which have been now produced in a lot of Festivals and Parties around the globe, featuring a pool of our artists and offering a wide spectrum of styles inside the same genre. Parvati Records has the artistic capacity to pick the right artists and custom tailor a full night/day of twisted psy-trance music.
